(Step 1) Account Creation
- Complete FERPA training through and save certificate to PDF. ()
- The user's Supervisor must submit a request for access to CAMS and attach the FERPA certificate to the request.
- Once all information has been submitted, the request will be evaluated by Ed-Tech. If approved, the user will receive a confirmation email from Ed-Tech.
- User will need to complete steps 2 & 3 below.

- The Faculty Portal recommended browsers are Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome

This Service-Now document outlines step-by-step procedures for configuring a workstation to access and use the Comprehensive Academic Management System Enterprise application. CAMS only runs in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 10) or Microsoft Edge (Windows 11)

- Users must use this link (in IE compatibility mode) to configure reports
- If this link is not used, then reports will not show up for the users.
Note: Once Internet Explorer or Edge has been configured, then you can access CAMS. However, depending on what your access is, you may not be able to log into both applications (Faculty Portal and Production).
(Step 3) Logging In
Using SSO (Single Sign-On), sign into CAM with your BCM credentials.
Username: {Use your BCM Username/ECA}
Password: BCM Password
- Connect to BCM Wifi
- Open or the in the recommended browsers.
- Method Two (if you are at home, hospital or not connected to BCM Wifi)
- Log into BCM VPN (Choose Group: ERC)
- Open or the in the recommended browsers.

About VPN (Virtual Private Network)
草榴社区入口鈥檚 VPN solution allows employees/students who are connected to the Internet through their own private connection (DSL, cable modem, AT&T U-verse, etc.) to access BCM computing resources as if they were physically connected to Baylor鈥檚 network.
Availability: In order to use a VPN connection, you will be required to install and configure the VPN software on the computer that you will be used to remotely connect to the Baylor network. BCM Office of Information Technology provides the client and the instructions to download and install it.
