All M.D./Ph.D. (MSTP) applicants are required to complete an AMCAS application to be considered for an interview. Baylor also has a supplemental application. Deadline information is posted at both application locations.

Since 2014, 99.3% of Baylor students have passed the USMLE Step 1 exam (which transitioned to a pass / fail exam in 2022), compared to the 95.3% national rate. The 2022-鈥23 report from the National Board of Medical Examiners showed that Baylor students scored an average of 255 on the Step 2 CK (clinical knowledge) exam, compared to the national average of 247.
