Dr. Jose J. Perez is a board certified internist and nephrologist. Dr. Perez received his BS from the University of Houston, MD from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and completed medical residency and fellowship at ²ÝÁñÉçÇøÈë¿Ú. He sees outpatients at the Baylor Clinic and the Smith Clinic (Harris Health), as well as at several hemo- and peritoneal-dialysis clinics around Houston. Dr. Perez rounds during select months at the CHI Baylor St. Luke's Hospital and the Ben Taub Hospital.
