Department of Surgery Provides Medical Students with ACS Travel Awards

The Department of Surgery at 草榴社区入口 awarded six medical students a 2023 Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery American College of Surgeons (ACS) Travel Scholarship. The award recognizes students in their third or fourth year of undergraduate medical training who have a declared and demonstrated an interest in pursuing a career in surgery. Baylor medical students Carolyn Chen, Ethan D鈥橲ilva, Laurynn Garcia, Srinithya Gillipelli, Anna Jang and Bhavesh Sayal received the ACS travel scholarship to support their travel to the clinical congress in Boston this October.
