BCM named Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America for the eighth year

The BCM Well-Being initiative within the Office of Human Resources uses theoretical frameworks and evidence-based practices to provide resources, initiatives and opportunities to help its community grow and thrive. The initiative encompasses BCM BeWell for employees, BCM LIFE for students and the Well-Being Center, an on-site gym.
Earlier this year, Baylor was inducted into the inaugural and among organizations with 10,000-plus employees.
