Institutions that offer distance learning courses are required to provide information regarding the student complaint process in each state. Student complaints regarding distance learning issues should first be brought to the attention of the institution. If the institution’s grievance process does not satisfactorily address the student’s concerns, the following options are available:
• Out-of-state distance learning students who reside in NC-SARA may contact the .
