Admission requirements include completion of Pediatric Residency Program in an ACGME-accredited program (or the equivalent) and GME documentation for an 鈥淚nitial Physician In-Training鈥 permit with the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.

All ERAS applications are reviewed by the program director, associate program directors, and division head. Based on the initial review, it is determined which applicants are invited for an interview. Applications must be complete and the applicant must provide three letters of recommendation to schedule an interview. The interviews are scheduled with the program director, associate program directors, division head, and at least four faculty members.
