The aim of this day is to showcase the research that is being done at Harris Health and ²ÝÁñÉçÇøÈë¿Ú and to foster an environment of collaboration, accomplishments, and inspiration.

The top 3 scoring posters in each category will be awarded a prize during the 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. hour on Research Day 5/14/25 in Ben Taub 2nd floor OR waiting area and alcove (near purple elevators).

You or a designee must be present in person on Research Day during the 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. hour for judging.

• 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. - Poster viewing
• 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.   - Keynote Speaker, Presentations and Awards
• 1 p.m. –  2 p.m.    - Poster viewing

Posters 

All participants are required to display a poster on Research Day. 

• All poster printing will be your responsibility
• It is strongly recommended that all posters be 3’ x 4’ in size
• Please bring your poster to the OR waiting area on 5/14 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. for display  (Personnel will be on-site to assist you)
